• Returns must requested within 14 days of delivery date.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition.
• We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can check the status of your orders under the “My Account” section of our website.

Most orders are shipped within (2) business days and will arrive within 3–7 business days from the purchase date, depending on your location.

At this time, we only ship with the United States.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been processed.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided Atheia is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.
